Gluten Free Dough:
Gluten Free Wheat Starch, Corn Starch, Buckwheat Flour, Rice Starch, psyllium seed fiber, Water, Salt, Olive Oil, Yeast

**We hand mix our gluten free dough and use separate pans and utensils.  We are not a gluten-free environment.

Gluten Free Fryer Items:

We do not use any breading of flour in our fryers.  Our chicken wings and cauliflower wings are gluten free with the exception of our Korean sauce.

Vegan Cheese:

There are no eggs in our dough, sauce or toppings.
Our housemade ranch contains eggs.
